We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Boohugger product, we offer a 30 Day money back guarantee, from the date you receive your product. If you contact us for a return within 30 days of receiving your order, you can ship the order back to us for a full refund. No questions asked. Please understand that after the 30 day return window, we cannot accept returns. In any case where the buyer has decided to return a product because of a change of mind, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping.

Broken or Damaged Products

If a product is damaged or broken during shipping, you can email us with pictures of the damage and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you. If for some reason we want the damaged product back, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged product.

We will process all returns and refunds within 1 week of the request.
